Appeal, review and compliance

We assist our clients to appeal and review the negative decision on the visa application.

Overview

We assist our clients to meet immigration compliance requirements by providing up-to-date immigration compliance advice. We also assist our clients to apply for a review of the decision made by the Department of Home Affairs in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). If your AAT case is unsuccessful, we will assist you to appeal to the Federal Circuit Court and, if necessary, the Federal Court for further review.
